3. Getting an TSM account

Any faculty or staff member may sign up for TSM backup. You must sign up to use the service. Students may register to use TSM backup but they will need to get charging instructions from a business manager or faculty advisor. To sign up for TSM service, just use START: http://www.yale.edu/start

You will be emailed the password for the TSM account in 24-48 hours.
