Pantheon web-based account management tool - please point your web browser to http://pantheon.yale.edu/account-tool/ to:

  • Enable or disable Web publishing
  • View current disk space usage for your home and IMAP spaces
  • other account-related functions.

consult@pantheon.yale.edu is equipped to answer questions about UNIX and the Pantheon. If you need to follow up with additional information, please respond to consult's reply and include all previous correspondence in your message. There is no phone support from "consult."

Student support
Undergraduate Students in Colleges should contact their College Computing Assistants (CAs) by emailing cas-XX@pantheon.yale.edu (where XX is the two letter abbreviation for a college; e.g. cas-bk@pantheon.yale.edu for Berkeley College students) for help with their network connection or other non-Pantheon specific queries.

Accessing Yale-restricted resources
If you would like to access Yale-restricted sites, such as online journals, from an off-campus location please refer to documentation prepared by the library for additional information on configuring your browser. For information on accessing other resouces, please see the instructions on downloading and installing Virtual Private Networking (VPN).
